25.01.2022 Good morning lovely people, are there any cleaners in the Kempsey area who might like to work for a lovely lady on NDIS? She's asking for 3-4hrs monthly on a Friday. 18.01.2022 Did you know that Best Life Support Coordination also offers Psychosocial Recovery Coaching? This is a relatively new service from the NDIS for people with psychosocial disability to set personal goals separate or the same as your NDIS plan goals. It also includes a support coordination component, so generally, you have either a support coordinator or a recovery coach, not both. This is great for people wanting personal mentoring, life skills building, and lived experience support for reaching your goals or learning valuable life skills or reconnecting with family, friends and community. If you are someone, or you know someone who might benefit from recovery coaching, please drop me a message and we can have a chat about how I could help you. 04.01.2022 As carers and supporters of people with mental health struggles, it is important to remember that we also need to look after ourselves and our own mental health. As this is mental health week 2021, I am sharing some helpful info from Beyond Blue that we can all use. https://www.beyondblue.org.au//supp/looking-after-yourself
