22.01.2022 Wow what a difference! This van had some pretty obvious damage to a section of its ceiling. To fix this we had to completely remove the ply, cupboard doors, hatch, blind & speaker. Then we had to prepare & nog the frame so that the new, cut sheet of ply could be installed. Then we refit the cupboard doors, hatch, blind & speaker, and the job was done!

17.01.2022 This week, Graham installed a Truma Saphir storage compartment ducted air conditioner. These are perfect for when a rooftop air conditioner isn't a viable option. It cools & heats the air, as well as cleans and dehumidifies it. It's operated by a remote control & is super quiet and efficient. Note the different areas where the air vents are ducted to... Allowing for custom installation & air distribution. A great little unit!

11.01.2022 This van came in with a bowed chassis, from end to end there was an almost 20mm bow in the middle which needed to be addressed (as seen in pictures 1, 2 & 3). We removed what was necessary, pre-tensioned the chassis, and fabricated new rails to be welded up underneath. Once the rails were welded on, the suspension was refitted - which now means the van is stronger than ever & ready to go!

04.01.2022 The owners of this van were wanting to move their spare wheel from the draw bar to underneath the van so they could add a toolbox to the A Frame. They were also wanting to store their ladder underneath the van as opposed to inside their caravan taking up room and potentially causing damage. We designed and fabricated a swing for the spare wheel and ladder which is easy to use & access. This is a great option for those who are needing that extra space in or on their van and we think it turned out great

02.01.2022 We love turning stone guards from vinyl checker plate! This van had some serious timber rot which meant we had to replace the damaged section with new timber. After doing this, we installed the silver checker plate on the front and boot. Checker plate is a great way to freshen up the look of your van, as well as providing protection against stone chips

01.01.2022 To create some extra leg room in a van’s café seating, bi-fold tables are a great solution. A long-time customer of ours was wanting a bi-fold table installed, to achieve this we modified their existing table and fabricated a new table leg to suit. You can see in the images how much more space is made when the table is pushed back. And who doesn't love more space?!
