09.01.2022 went to mow the lawn at the mitchell park house today as they have a signed contract and would like to keep ship shape until settlement.... Im still in awe of the transformation we achieved on the gardens! I took the first 2 photos today and the rest are from early March!! Crazy!

07.01.2022 My obsession with roof and gutter health continues.... yesterday I arrived at a job and the rain was coming down hard.. I watched and continued on with my work until I couldn’t stand it any longer, the rain was spilling over in between the gutter and the fascia like a waterfall... I got out the ladder and unblocked the down pipe and away it went like getting to the it would getting to the front of the portaloo line at Big Day Out!!! Then I cleaned the moss and sludge out of the gutter and no more waterfall! You roof protects literally everything you are paying off Don’t get blasé about your biggest asset!
