Today we watched demonstrations of cervical Manual Dry Needling (MND) to relieve neck/shoulder tension and discomfort. Dry Needling is an amazing technique thats precise, causes minimal (if any) pain, and gives instant relief from muscle tension! I helped the son with an undiagnosed condition and referred him onto a more experienced professional to help manage the condition. Its times like these that make me thankful I have the opportunity to meet and help such wonderful people. What a great way to finish up my first month at Bellarine Sports Medicine Center!
