13.01.2022 WARNING Long rant below Post from @bethpearcefit Instagram, for those who don’t get to see my daily posts I thought I would start sharing them here as well. . How many of you used excuses or played the blame game before you started to get result? .... Before you realised the only person who could change your direction or get you results was the one looking back at you in the mirror? . Over my years in the fitness industry I have come across a lot of in denial people. People who think its everyone and everything’s fault except there own. People who always want someone else to blame for their lack of success and if I am honest, I probably use to be a little like this myself. . It wasn’t until I stopped and took a good look at my life and my habits, that I realised I was the only one who could change my path, I was the one holding myself back. Yes, I work with a coach and yes, she plays a big role in my success to date. However, if I didn’t put in the work, take her advice and apply it day in day out I would never be where I am today. . Looking back, I use to hate getting uncomfortable. I would change exercises, go over my daily intake or not track at all. I would skip sending check ins or progress photos in fear of admitting I hadn’t been accountable. Then I woke up. I realised that was I was doing wasn’t serving me and I committed to making a change. This is when I started to see change. . Success is 100% up to you. It will be hard, it will be uncomfortable. Yes you do have to step outside that comfort zone and do things that you don’t like or don’t enjoy, that is all part of it. Yes you will have set backs or plateaus however, failure is success in motion. . Hard work is never comfortable. That’s life. If you want something, work for it. Nothing worth having comes easy. . 10.01.2022 L i f e s t y l e G a i n s If there is one thing I have learnt over the last 6 years in this industry, it is that people let the little things get to them way to much. That one meal they think ruined their diet or those days they wake up and look on the mirror and don't quite like what they see... we let this tiny trivial things define our days, get in our heads and control how we see ourselves... and what for? So we can live a life of upset and disappointed hating the... amazing body we live in and avoiding the food we love and a life of happiness? Well I won't have it anymore. I choose to look in the mirror and see the flaws as perfection, because this is me. I choose to embrace those not so healthy meals as soulful treats because life is about living and I love ice-cream and sweets! I choose not to worry so much, because worry doesn't serve me and is a debt that I don't need in life. I choose silly selfies and funny faces. I choose happiness and loving life to the fullest! I choose to see all of the above as #lifestylegains not burdens or set backs and I want you to join me! #live100 #bethpearcefit #notjustafitnessblog

10.01.2022 G o a l s How often do you actually sit back and reflect on what you want to achieve? For myself personally I try to this every week and is something I actually would like to start doing daily. Each week I set 3 goals for myself around 3 different things: ... 1: Training 2: Nutrition 3: Mindset And at the end of the week I like to think back and reflect on how I have done. I don't think I would of got to where I am with my training today if I didn't actually stop and figure out what I wanted, or what I enjoyed. Goal setting has helped me a lot with this. So today I want you to stop and think. Think about what you actually want to achieve with the 3 things above. Personalise it, you don't have to want what I want. But here is a little example: 1: Training: To be the strongest best version of myself. This week I want to bump a few of my weights up. 2: Nutrition: Nourish my body whilst still enjoying my food. This week I want to cook a meal I wouldn't normally cook but have missed in my everyday life. 3: Mindset: believe in myself more. This week I want to trust that I can achieve my dreams and that I am also worthy of them. Share your goals for Training, Nutrition and Mindset in the comments below. I would love to hear what you are all striving towards!

04.01.2022 Use social media as a means of connection, not comparison. @negharfonooni & @iamerinbrown . I do Instagram clean outs on a regular basis. Whenever an account creates negative thoughts or feelings for me I am not afraid to unfollow. I try my best to keep my feed filled with inspiring, positive, motivational and like minded people, people that leave me feeling uplifted, educated and connected to like minds. I just wanted to send out a little reminder that you are in contro...l of the people you follow and the posts you choice to engage with. If you don’t like something, or don’t agree with something or find someone’s posts make you question your self worth you have the power to unfollow and ignore. . The quote above rings true to me, social media doesn’t need to be negative. So I want to know, what your favourite insta accounts are, the accounts that make you feel connected and inspired? Share them below so I can check them out! . #positivity See more
