21.01.2022 Terms & Conditions Once your appointment is booked I will send you a copy of my terms & conditions. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. I understand that sometimes things are out of your control but if a cancellation occurs without this notice 50% of the total cost will be charged before you can rebook. Arriving 15 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a no show. Arriving late cuts into your appointment time and puts me behind for th...e day, which is unfair to the clients after you. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be able to rebook until this is paid. Clients who do not pay the service fee will be blacklisted and unable to rebook with me. Please do not arrive more then 10 minutes before your appointment, as I often slot clients in one after another and am unable to answer the door during another clients appointment time. Please refrain from brining friends/family to your appointments. This can be distracting for us both and cuts into your appointment time. See more
