25.01.2022 Remember the pretty in pink cake for the beautiful bride to be? I also got the privilege to make her wedding cake. This beauty was a 2 tier cake with different flavours per tier. The bottom tier was white chocolate with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and freeze dried raspberries. The top tier was lemon and poppy seed cake with the same vanilla buttercream and a delicious dollop of lemon curd. Outside was a semi naked look of vanilla buttercream with a gorgeous fresh flower arrangement to match the bride bouquet.

18.01.2022 Sorry I have been so MIA over the last few months. I have had so much going on, I have had a beautiful little man, moved house and been on a holiday to beautiful Darwin, mixed in with just everyday life. But I have still been baking and can’t wait to show you what I have been up to.

18.01.2022 When your friend loves the colours pink, orange and yellow, you have fun and create something wonderful, perfect for their 21st. 2 tiers of vanilla cake, coloured in pink and orange with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and freeze dried strawberries in the layers. Decorated with a white chocolate ganash drip in fluro yellow, mini meringues and edible flowers.

16.01.2022 How can you not go all out for a 1st birthday. This special order was an entire collection of cake, cupcakes, biscuits and chocolate covered marshmallows. Starting with the cake. It was a duel layered vanilla and chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, decorated with choc biscuit soil and a gorgeous cake topper and teepee. The cupcakes were a combination of vanilla with chocolate/vanilla buttercream and Nutella inside. The biscuits are vanilla with blue/white marble fondant and letter press message. Finishing off the gorgeous order was choc dipped marshmellows with crushed peanuts in little teepee shapes.

13.01.2022 Special order for my Sisters Big 50 Birthday. Inside is a lemon and poppyseed cake, layered with vanilla buttercream and delicious lemon curd and surrounded by toasted meringue. Decorated with Persian fairy floss, handmade mini meringues and bright coloured ediable flowers.
