15.01.2022 To support businesses during #COVID19, we made changes to the Planning Act including the introduction of temporary use licences (TULs), which are currently in place until 31 January 2021. A TUL allows a business to change their development approval conditions or other operating constraints during an applicable event (such as #COVID19).
