14.01.2022 COVID-19 virus is affecting us all in many ways and will continue to do so. Currently I remain open for appointments and will remain open until I feel it inappropriate or unsafe to do so. Frank the chiropractor I share with plans to stay open too. I assure you I am taking all measures I can to keep the clinic area clean. 13.01.2022 Have you been wondering about Massage therapy and Covid19? The NSW government has stated Remedial massage can reopen at this time. Though they have left us with a grey area. We have been left to interpret proper procedures and safe measures. At this time I'm working with my association to create new safe working policies. These are going to be very important for the future of Masage therapy and My clinic going forward.... I am working on how I can reopen instead of when. Client Risk assessment, correct PPE, infection control and cleaning are some things I'm working on. I will keep you posted! 09.01.2022 We did it! We survived a whole term home schooling. To finish of the term the kids both were awarded a class award from their teachers for all their amazing efforts at home. One proud mumma! But I’m not a teacher I’m a massage therapist! Vaccination targets and ‘Freedom day’ are upon us. Be patient as I navigate the next month. A few things to coordinate and consider before I can book some appointments. I til I can return I’ll enjoy the school holidays and a few picnics with some friends and family. I hope you can too!

I really wished to be back in the clinic by now but that hasn’t been able to happen. My Association AMT are amazing and have been doing so much to support myself and other therapist navigate these lockdowns, government financial support measures and Covid-19 in general. If you are still wondering why M...assage therapy isn’t appropriate right now (or maybe you’ve seen/heard of other therapists still taking appointments during lockdown) please read the letter below. 01.01.2022 So many areas are a blaze or at risk of going up. It’s incredible to watch. Penrith was the hottest place in the country today. Wow! I’m sending my thoughts out to all of you and your families, so many towns I keep hearing about on the news are burning or at risk right now and many of them I hear you all talk about. You have family or friends, or holiday places in these areas I really hope they are safe!
