05.01.2022 Quick easy Pancakes with just 2 ingredients. INGREDIENTS: 1 ripe banana 2 whole eggs... Take one ripe mashed banana, two eggs, (we also added pinch of baking powder and a dash of vanilla)... and mix em all in a bowl. Once you have your batter, heat up a dab of coconut oil (or any cooking oil) in a pan. Once the oil is hot, pour 1/2 cup of batter in the pan. When you see little bubbles around the edge of the pancake, its ready to flip! Keep pouring and flipping until youre done with all of the batter. Youll have a whole stack of gluten-free, dairy-free pancakes that should be lightly sweet and incredibly fluffy!!! Top them with fruit, syrup, butter, peanut butter, or just eat them as they are. NUTRITION INFO: under 250 cals with 14g of protein

01.01.2022 Im playing catch up with the push up target this year - and only 4 days in. I managed to include 339 pushups into my regular gym routine today - still a few to... go to meet the daily targets total Not a bad effort for a 52yo tho. Having suffered from Depression many years ago - Id much rather push through these than the dark cloud that persists with those afflicted with Mental Health issues.
