25.01.2022 CLASS CHANGES....AGAIN This will be the last week for the 9.30am class As an alternative i’m tossing up doing a 7am class instead but it will depend on how many people are interested in getting out of bed that early If you’re interested in that let me know below so i can get an idea of numbers please. Next week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) there will be no morning class and no 5pm class so there will be 6pm and 7pm only. Remember that when doing your bookings tomorro...w and get in early because i’m still limited to 20 in a class. All going well the 5pm will be back the week after - i’ll update you as soon as i know. If i’m going to do a 7am that will also start the week after. Saturdays at 7.30am (Strength class) and 8.30am and Tuesdays nights at 6pm (Strength class) will not change Apologies for the mess next week but all going well there will be a new normal really soon See more

23.01.2022 Evening All! No doubt you’ve seen the Prime Ministers update or heard about it by now. So it looks like everyone who wants to do bootcamp will be moving into my house tonight and i need to start blowing up the air beds. Feel free to bring your pets. Devastatingly we are not allowed to continue bootcamps for now. Public gatherings are restricted to 2 people unless you live in the same house so we’re done until further notice. One on one PT sessions we can still do but only y...ou and me. We can’t have more than the 2 people. See previous really long post for details or message me if you’re interested. I will not be taking classes online but there are plenty of places that are offering free classes and/or training programs so i’m encouraging you to find something that works for you and get involved. Do not use this as a reason to stop! Don’t waste all the time and effort that you’ve put in so far. Keep up the great work that you’ve been doing and hopefully, fingers crossed, we get past this and come out the other side very, very soon. Tuesday nights at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7.30am Running over the 4 Tuesdays and Saturdays in November This will be our last Super Session month for the year and what better way to finish than with cardio. ... 09.01.2022 Whoop Whoop! HAPPY FRIDAY! The time has come...get off the lounge, put your active wear on and let's do this again. Classes will be back from Monday next week. We are back to being limited to 10 people in a group so bookings are essential. You can not just turn up and train for now.... Class times will be: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9.30am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm Saturdays at 8.30am If you are booking in for a class then PLEASE make sure that you turn up. With only 9 people allowed in a class these spots are gold and you can not book and not show. Multiple other people would love your spot so if something does come up please give me as much notice as possible so i can put someone else in. If you want to book for next week then now is the time. 08.01.2022 Our final class for 2020 is done! What a year it’s been. On top of all the bootcamp class challenges we had alot of our people who were faced with some really tough situations. 2020 has been a year of loss, sicknesses, tragedies, challenges, tears and complications. But it’s also been a year of learning to go with the flow, connecting in different ways, realising what’s important and appreciating love and happiness. Every single one of you has had to find strength this year f...or one reason or another and you did. It’s not over but hopefully the worst is over and, we didn’t all make it to the end, but you did and i’m very glad you did. To all the people who didn’t abandon bootcamp when things got tough, did PT when we stopped, came back after the bad stuff - THANK YOU! To the new people who found us because things were tough - I’m so glad you did! I’m really looking forward to the break because it’s been such a long and tough year but above all of that I know that I am so blessed to be able to do this for 50 weeks of the year. If i have been able to give even one of you somewhere to go to get away from things for a minute, to make changes, to feel like you have something stable in an unstable time, to bring you some happy this year then that makes my heart happy. 05.01.2022 BOOTCAMP CHANGES Happy Sunday! From Monday 28th September there will some minor changes that you need to be aware of: 1. The class fee will increase from $2 to $5. The class fee is only payable if you are not buying drinks - you only pay for one or the other. Not both 2. Tea and Aloe will increase from $4 to $5 so it’s inline with the class fee. Rebuild and shakes will stay at the same price... 3. I am putting on additional Strength Training sessions for October. We’re going back to our Super Sessions through to the end of the year Sessions will run on Tuesday nights at 6.30pm and Saturday mornings at 7.30am. These will run from Tuesday 29th September or Saturday 3rd October (depending on which session days you are booked in for) for 5 weeks. $50 for the 5 weeks and bookings are open now so if you want in please book in and pay your money ASAP so i can get an idea of numbers. Strength training is just as it sounds - building strength. Increasing the weight that you can train with. Increasing the amount of time you can push or pull weight for. Working with weights not only helps your training when you’re using weights but also helps with other training aspects - things like push ups, planking, squats, shadow boxing...all become easier when you increase your overall strength. Traditionally most women and about half of men have a much lower upper body strength than they do lower body strength so if that’s you then this is a fabulous way to lift it. Working with weights is also a fantastic way to burn fat so that’s another added benefit. That’s it! Have an awesome Sunday See you in classes tomorrow

03.01.2022 New To our page? Please read... WELCOME! Let me give you the low down... Classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. The cost to do one of these classes is a $5 gift in our collection box when you sign in if you're not buying drinks. Saturdays at 8.30am is a group PT session - $10 per session.... You need to book every Wednesday for the following week. There will be a reminder post on the page every Wednesday morning. We sell pre and post workout drinks to help enhance your workout, maximise your results and assist your recovery. FREE on your first visit so you can try them before you buy them. As a personal trainer my advice to you is - do the drinks! They are awesome, really help you and make you feel great. You're spending 45 minutes working your butt off to try and put yourself in a better place - why wouldn't you do whatever you can to maximse that effort? It's not salesy BS - It's science. Google it! We exist solely to give everyone a place to go where they can get a bit fitter, a bit healthier and feel a bit better - especially those people that can’t afford gym memberships or personal trainers. 02.01.2022 8.30AM....SATURDAY 19th DECEMBER.... Clear your morning! Set your alarm! Pull out your boxing gear and dust it off! This will be our last class for the year and to finish off a tough and challenging year we’re going to punch the crap out of each other. Whoohoo! I would prefer it if you can bring your own boxing gloves, pads and inners however if you don’t have gear then i do have sets for you. YOU MUST NOT SWAP GEAR AT ALL WITH OTHER PEOPLE... All of my gear will be Glen 20’d prior to use and must be again once you’re done. It will be a 1 hour class starting at 8.30am and the same $10 as normal Saturday morning classes. Drinks are extra if you want them. No need to book in - just make sure that you’re at the park by 8.25am next Saturday morning, signed in, paid and ready to go by 8.30am 6 training days to go until the end of our year...WHOOP WHOOP!
