22.01.2022 H O L I D A Y S are over! Did we look happy to be flying out of AUS?! After a busy Term 2, a football season (for me) and a NZ snow trip, we are back, ready and raring for BetterFIT! I love holidays, to revamp, continue to learn and plan innovative training sessions, and really focus on my own training.... BUT, I do miss you guys! Yes, we are there to train our bodies, but the BetterFIT culture that has been built by all of you over the last few years involves a high l...evel of motivation, encouragement and support. It’s something I really cherish. We invite ANYONE out there that might be interested to come and to be apart of something that we think is pretty special, to do so. Just under two weeks to go! 16.01.2022 The key to any core exercise, is activation of deep muscles. With the correct pelvic tilt, starting with the core, A sequential pattern of correct muscles fire to complete any functional movement. Without the correct core activation, our backs and smaller muscles groups are strained and we often find ourselves working the wrong muscles. ANYONE who feels like they could benefit from better core activation... Here are some fantastic progressions to master the pelvic tilt and become conscious of this core activation in BetterFIT sessions.

03.01.2022 BetterFIT team, it’s a crazy time of year, and NOVEMBER is looking a little different for me! I’ll be off to Canberra Camp in the last week of November, and therefore there will be no Monday & Wednesday sessions then. We will however, make up those session in the first week of DECEMBER. BetterFIT will then be on holidays until Mid-January! BOOK YOUR PLACE NOW in our last month of fitness for 2019
