24.01.2022 EVER FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE NO TIME TO EXERCISE? If you make a few small changes, I promise you will LOVE the results! My advise is don't try to find a 45-minute chunk of workout time. Instead, try 10 to 15 minute segments throughout the day. It'll seem less overwhelming, and you'll be more likely to stick with it. You can do this while your little one plays happily by your side or has a nap. If you belong to a gym, check out the babysitting services (a lot of gym have them), ...or ask your partner to take over for a little while so you can go for a run or do your workout. The hardest part is getting started, but once you do you'll be amazed at how much more energy you have #weekendvibes #mumlife #enjoyingnaturesbeauty #loveexercise #trainyourmind #workhard #trainwithkids #losebabyweight #fitmums #happinessstartswithyou #instafit #photooftheday #weightloss #followme #betterhealthandshape

23.01.2022 Are you struggling to find the time to exercise Here is one useful tip: lock your sessions in as you would an appointment! Truth is, if you have an appointment in your calendar, chances are you will show up. This tactic can be used if you are finding that other things are replacing your exercise time and you thetefore end up having no time to exercise once again. If you schedule it as part of your day, you will have more chances of sticking with it ! I hope this helps, feel free to share any other ways that help you stick to an exercise routine!
