10.01.2022 New herb! Hu Po or amber is traditionally used to calm the spirit and stop tremors and palpitations. It's a useful alternative to shells and bones for those who prefer only plant-based medicinals. It also gets blood flowing properly, so in China it is given to people with coronary artery disease. Like a lot of aromatic resins, it can be burned as incense.

07.01.2022 We prepare some herbs to make them easier to take. For example we soak, rinse, and bake-dry dried ginger to make it less spicy. Then we use the soak water to prepare a bitter, cold natured herb to moderate it. The herbs will still taste bad, but will feel a little better in the belly.
