In general, Energy Healing is a holistic approach which provides a natural way of restoring balance and harmony to the subtle energetic communication system. This system encompasses the aura, chakras, meridians and influence the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological level of every human being. Every form of energy has it’s own unique frequency and intensity level that, with today’s busy lifestyle, can easily be compromised.... We then we find ourselves with stresses and blockages in our energy system and this can result in physical exhaustion and even illness. Energy healing corrects the energy, removing blockages and once again allows the Chi (Energy) to follow freely throughout the body and auric fields and will assist your mind, body and soul. The work is performed in the aura so all you need to do is lay on the table (fully clothed) and enjoy the rest. If laying flat is a problem, I am able to accommodate to your needs. I offer an experience, in the most relaxed way, that will send you into the most blissful state. It’s an experience different from anything, one that allows the body to really rest, reset and be longing for another session sooner rather than later. We don’t often gift ourselves time to treat our own bodies, until we feel pain or stress or we are at our wits end. So whether you are stressed or not, I can help. 19.01.2022 It’s great to see that Energy Medicine is being explored and proven as legitimate, helpful, and able to assist alongside the medical profession. It is exciting stuff! Thanks to the amazing Charlie Goldsmith, who is moving ahead in leaps and bounds both here in Australia and even more so in the US, with his generosity to help those in need and his relentless work with the medical profession to prove it‘s legitimacy. 11.01.2022 December is such a busy time of year. Time that we spend helping others, buying for others and reaching out to others. Work winds down, family commitments increase, which can sometimes cause stress. We often don’t have much time to look after our own needs in December due to all the busyness at the end of year and our Christmas preparations, but when it’s over, how do you wind down, replenish your energy and release the stress? People often have a massage, take more walks, ...get some sunshine, spend time with love ones or read that book that you have been trying to get time to read or all of the above and more. How about booking an hour to rebalance your energy and help keep you well, feeling like you can take on the world and give you a skip in your step while your body truly takes in the energy to help reset you. You will leave feeling amazing, rested and more able to cope with daily life. Bookings available after Christmas. If daytime doesn’t suit, I do evenings and some weekends depending on dates. 02.01.2022 I am away from 7th to 17th December so I will not be taking bookings between that time. I still have a few times available for Wed and Thursday this week, then again from 18th to 24th December. In the craziness of the Christmas, end of year rush, remember, take the time to stop, take a deep breath, down to the bottom of your abdomen. Visualise everything going exactly the way you want it and feel it, really feel it emotionally. ... Remind yourself not to take things too seriously and when things feel difficult, stressful and just too hard, SMILE, release the endorphins to help you cope. I hope this helps with the silly season..
