12.01.2022 One of the benefits of training and working out at home is this guy - I love working out with my best buddy Bax... I also love his big little brother Bruce, but you guys will get to meet him soon... This guy has been my rock and ride or die buddy by my side for the last 3 years ... He's helped me through some pretty dark days and difficult times...and also been there through some amazing times - either way, he always manages to put a smile on my face... He's crazy, hypo, loveable, super-high energy and annoying as f&^k at times - but I adore him... 01.01.2022 If you're going into the gym and still not getting the results that you want, or getting injured... I have 1 word for you.....TECHNIQUE... Back when I first started in the lifting world - technique was important - but not essential...... You see, the human body is super clever - we adapt to everything that is thrown at us and basically are able to adapt to a task or situation at hand... This includes using sh*tty technique... If you have hard task to complete, the body will move and do whatever it can to fulfill the task ahead - provided there is adequate strength, power and energy... If you get used to moving an object - be it a weight or even your own body - with poor technique, your body will create a type of blueprint where it feels like that is the correct way...even if it isn't the safest way.. And 9 times out of 10 it definitely isn't safe - and more often than not results in injury, or just not getting the results that you are looking for...
