22.01.2022 I found this quote and believe this is very important for everyone. I worked out what I wanted to do many years ago. Help people find health, physical, emotional and mental. I have studied these areas and my passion has continued to grow. Maybe encourage your children in this way too. We never know what we want to be as a young person. But, as we age we see needs and want to change them. ... I want to save people from disease from weight, to help them age with strength, to help them believe they can do anything. It’s all about mindset. What you think is what you become. Focus on that last sentence today and see if something clicks into place for you. Your thoughts create YOU



14.01.2022 Just doing my normal research in clinical papers etc. I love learning more about the human body and health. The industry is saturated with fads on loosing weight. Do you eat carbs or not. Protein or fat. It gets confusing. Unless you fully understand what the human body needs we can be miss lead. As I was in my early years. Like the heart tick, that’s all about money and the sad thing is low fat is higher in sugar and doesn’t satisfy your hunger. Protein, Carbs, fats and fi...bre are all important in the homeostasis of the human body. We would not live without them. A complete meal or protein shake needs to have them all if you are supplementing. And yes some sugar each day is required for daily survival. This can come from fruits veggies and grain.
