16.01.2022 I'm back..... Monday 18 November 2019, 6.15pm I will be commencing Boxfit sessions at our new address. Please let me know if you are coming and bring along anyone else that might be interested. I'm now located at Burpengary, so PM me for the address.

06.01.2022 Hi All, I hope you are all doing okay in our current world crisis. To help keep you active I am going to give you some boxing drills you can do easily at home, they are easy to change up to suit you and add to. Don't forget to always do a warm up before you start and a good stretching session after. 1. AMRAP (As many repititions as possible) 4 minutes - count how many times you go through in 4 minutes and then the next time try to improve it.... 10 highs 20 hooks 40 uppers 80 straights 2 runs 2. 30/30 x 3 2 drills - 30 seconds each x 3 continuous a) straights b) double straights Variations: crunch & punch; sit & punch; hook/hook/upper/upper; wall sit with straights; uppers - any combinations. 3. Combo's a) jab/cross/duck/upper x 10 b) jab/cross/hook/cross/upper/upper c) high x 10/low x 10 d) jab/cross/upper/cross/upper e) jab/cross/hook/upper f) jab/cross/jab g) jab/jab/cross/jab h) upper, upper, 4 x straights 4. 50/10 - 50 seconds on/10 seconds rest or prep for the next exercise. Can change to 45/15; 40/20; 30/30. you can use this with the combos or alternate punch then body weight exercise . straights/pushups/uppers/squat jumps/hooks/lunges/highs/run I hope some of this helps.
