14.01.2022 What a fine idea. I could tell about growing up the youngest of ten with so many eyes watching me that I couldn't get up to much !! Could tell what it was like to to be born to older parents (Mum 44 and Dad 63) and how I used to sit underneath the peach nectarine plum and apricot trees and eat fruit till I was crook ... or of the magpie that used to swing on my father's finger and the poetry he used to recite and also about eating the best apple pie made in the world sitting at an old table with a seersucker tablecloth.. yep lots of stories. What's yours?

06.01.2022 A 1918 list of Ladies from the Gunnedah Branch of the War Chest Fund. They should be remembered for their contribution to the War and their support for the Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen serving overseas. Thanks Bill Durrant for the clipping.
