18.01.2022 Hi All... safely back from sea and have processed the catch. We still have a limited quantity of fresh fillets of Coral Trout, Hussar, and a Mixed Reef (Hussar, Moses Perch, Stripey and Red Ear Emperor). All cryovacced and ready to go, pm us or call on 0408 094 038.

16.01.2022 Some of the lovely reef fish that we bought back last run. Guys remember Christmas is not that far away, considering we have 2 five day reef closures between now and then. Start to consider your Festive Fish needs, and forward order to ensure you have lovely reef fish on your Chrissy table.

14.01.2022 One of many Red Emperor caught last run, a much prized fish of the Reef, they fight hard all the way to the boat...but then we are rewarded with its first rate edible quality, which does not diminish with its size. 08.01.2022 Hi All, a rather lovely Venus Tuskfish that was caught on our last run, weighed in around 3 KG. The firm flesh is white and well textured, coming away in large flakes, they are a prime eating fish. We have some cryovacced packs of RTE, Red Emperor, Venus Tuskfish and Hussar and a couple of I KG packs of Mixed Reef available.
