25.01.2022 Still working from home? Zoom meetings can be draining. Here are some great tips on keeping the team connected and motivated.

24.01.2022 Have received so many calls this week from clients and colleagues feeling anxious, stressed and some even breaking down as they deal with the individual impacts of COVID-19 on their families, jobs, businesses, finances and more... Self isolation and the threat of impending lock down poses another level of challenge for many. Our best advice is keep calling, keep talking! Phone each other - Zoom/Skype/WhatsApp/Messenger each other - Email each other. It is so important to have the conversations, vent, cry, whatever you need to do to process what is happening to you. Release the emotions. Bottling them up in your head is unhealthy and adds to the level of pressure you feel. We can all be there for each other, connect and support. Please reach out! You are not alone.

24.01.2022 We have all certainly been dealing with a lot of changes over the past few months. To the way we live, the way we work, the way we communicate with each other. How are you managing so far? What have your learned about yourself and the way you manage change? Are you thriving or battling?

24.01.2022 Managing stress and emotions (so they don't show all over your face or explode around the room!) is an important skill for all of us to learn. We have many great strategies and NLP techniques to help you manage and release stress and emotions in a healthy way.

17.01.2022 LinkedIn is an important tool for job searches, professional profile building and business networking. We can help create and optimise your profile and explain the best strategies to suit your needs so you can get the best results. LinkedIn is a great professional tool if you use it well.

17.01.2022 One of the important things we need to learn in business and as leaders is the ability to effectively delegate. Don't wait until you reach burn out and overwhelm. It takes time in the beginning but saves you so much more in the future. More time for you to work on strategy and development!

16.01.2022 Celebrating International Coaching Week this week! We feel so lucky to have been part of this wonderful community for almost eight years now. Celebrating with our fellow coaches all of this week.

07.01.2022 Feeling exhausted after so many online meetings? You are not alone! Zoom fatigue is the newest working from home issue. https://hbr.org/2020/04/how-to-combat-zoom-fatigue

06.01.2022 Feeling very safe on my own personal train carriage this morning!

05.01.2022 All of our coaching sessions are currently being run via Zoom. It's always interesting to see where clients are working from! We've had balconies, bedrooms and even one client from their laundry (the quietest room!) Where is your favourite spot for video calls? Have you had any "unplanned" interruptions?

05.01.2022 Working from home with video coaching sessions (and even a virtual cuppa with a friend) this morning. If you need support or help working out a business strategy in the current crisis I am offering reduced rates for online coaching sessions for the next 30 days. *Note-to-self - don't leave post-it with bank logins on laptop when taking pics!! Oopsie!

02.01.2022 Emotions can be overwhelming in stressful situations such as we are currently dealing with. When we operate in high emotion our rational/logical brain becomes cloudy or blocked and we can't find solutions...we find even more problems...and often spiral into even higher emotion. If you are feeling overwhelmed with fear, stress, anxiety etc. we have some great NLP strategies to help you manage going forwards. Video sessions available.

01.01.2022 Back to the city for the first time in weeks to present "Growth Mindset - Leading Through Change" to a fabulous corporate team today. Loved the view from the 22nd floor!

01.01.2022 With lots of uncertainty around us at the moment it is important to create some certainty by building new routines and structure into our self isolation time. Set yourself a schedule for exercise times, work time, meals, shopping, social connection and leisure, more than you would "normally." Structure makes our minds feel safer, so the extra scheduling helps maintain a positive mindset as well as keeping our productivity up.
