12.01.2022 Scaffold is down. Lights are in at the Balgowlah project. Waterproofer done. Tiler laying the screed. It’s all coming along now. Excavated the slopey backyard as well creating a level platform for the Kids trampoline and finished it off with more of the Spotted Gum fencing.
