23.01.2022 Today our school captains Billy and Violet hosted a Remembrance Day Service at school. It was a great acknowledgement of the sacrifice so many men and women have made and continue to make to ensure we live in peace. The captains will lay a wreath at the cenotaph in Swan Hill to further pay our respects. Congratulations to Jackson McNees who was awarded the Remembrance Day Award on behalf of the RSL. Lest we forget.

21.01.2022 Our Swimming Program kicked off today and will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next three weeks. This program is free of charge and such an important component of our Health & Physical Education Curriculum. 17.01.2022 The sleepover is all over. What a great afternoon visiting the Leisure Centre and having a barbecue and play at Tower Hill. Thanks to the kids for being so great over the past two days. We are all very tired now and will rest up over the weekend.

13.01.2022 This morning we visited the Flying Boat Museum in Lake Boga and learnt a lot about the significant role the catalinas and Lake Boga played in World War II. We are now playing team building challenge games before heading to the Leisure Centre in Swan Hill for a splash around. We are having a great day together. #bestkeptsecretineducation

Demi is an x-local from the Swan Hill area and has spent the past two years teaching in Darwin and remote Northern Territory communities. She is busting to get home to begin her new position at BDPS. Demi is an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly skilled classroom teacher who will team teach and share the Senior Classr...oom duties with Phil Cox. 06.01.2022 Final day of the Free Swimming Program today. A huge shout out to the Leisure Centre in Swan Hill. All students have made improvements in stroke technique and water safety. Next Thursday we head to Mildura Aquatics to tackle the wave pool. #bestkeptsecretineducation

06.01.2022 School Captains Violet and Billy along with Junior School Council President and Remembrance Day Award winner Jackson McNees laid a wreath at the cenotaph today. Students learnt about the significance of Remembrance Day today in class and visited the Flying Boat Museum in Lake Boga last week.
