23.01.2022 Large decorative cornice, tricky stairwell, arch repairs, lathe and plaster repairs, old feature fire place, new upstairs extension. This job had a bit of everything. We're really happy with how it came up. The owners were thrilled with the end result.

20.01.2022 Ceiling repair in Tuggerawong Before shot shows clear V shape at the joints indicating sagging in between each joint. After shots show a nice flat ceiling that will now last the life of the house. ... We were able to catch this problem early enough so we could rescrew existing plasterboard rather than the more costly option of removing and replacing the ceiling. 16.01.2022 Beautiful entry to an award winning project at Swansea Heads Congratulations to @evolvecoarchitecturalbuilders for winning HIA Best Custom Built House $600k - $700k this year. We were glad to be involved and particularly like the effect of this entry and staircase.... Each tread was finished around with @trimtex_drywall Flat Bead. It was a bit of a fiddly job but really happy with the end result. Looking forward to more great projects in 2020. @ Swansea Heads

03.01.2022 Water damage repair and refix sagging ceiling at Wadalba. Our clients at Wadalba had a beautiful home built around 10 years ago but the ceiling hadn’t been installed correctly and was starting to drop. Unfortunately it’s a common problem we see a lot with houses that aren’t very old.... Our boys did a good job rectifying the problem, covering floors and furniture while they worked and cleaned up before they left If you can notice the joins in your ceiling it could be due to incorrect plasterboard installation and the glue and screws holding it up are failing. Give us a call and we’ll have a look and let you know

03.01.2022 Do you have a roof leak with current heavy rain? If water is dripping through your ceiling we recommend to punch a few holes with a screwdriver in the plasterboard at the worst/wettest spots and let the water flow out into a bucket. This stops water spreading across the back of the whole ceiling and doing more damage. ... Once the rain stops and the leak is fixed we can assess how best to repair your plasterboard ceiling. It could be just fixing the small drip holes, rescrewing the plasterboard sheets in the area or replacing the whole ceiling. Depending on the level of water damage. This can all wait till the wet weather passes but if you are worried that their ceiling is really sagging or may collapse please give us a call and we can advise.
