08.01.2022 Remembrance Day in Beacy. How lovely is this? The corridor of plane trees, also known as Soldier’s Avenue, has these beautiful poppies attached on each tree. The trees are believed to have been planted between 1902 and 1918 as a memorial for those who served in the Second Boer War and WW1. Such an impact on the drive in and out of the town. Thank you.

07.01.2022 Great day! Purchased 9kgs of fresh off the boat scallops at Beauty Point this afternoon. Shucked then and ended up with just over 1.5kg of meat. Cooked in two, batches one salt and pepper, lemon and a smidge of truffle oil. The other in garlic and herb butter. Sensational!!!!!
