24.01.2022 NEW PARTNERSHIP! The Beverly Hills Public School P&C Association has partnered with TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines to enable people to donate to the P&C as they deposit their recyclables. Between 25 October and 3 April, you will be able to deposit recyclable drink containers at the TOMRA Return and Earn collection points below and donate your earnings to the BHPS P&C: Club Grandviews Peakhurst, 821 Forest Rd, Peakhurst Return; and at the ... Earn TOMRA Reverse Vending Centre 139 Boundary Rd, Peakhurst. When you deposit containers, select "pandc of beverly hills ps" on the screen to donate your returned earnings to the P&C. The P&C will then use the funds towards $3,000 of annual funding of the Garden Club, Sports equipment, Performing Arts costumes and the Year 6 Farewell. The P&C is also working to fund new STEM technology equipment for K-6 classes. What a great way to turn bottles into school resources, all whilst being kind to the planet! So save up your recyclable drink containers, wait for the Return and Earn collection points to reopen, and donate to your school from 25 October. Stay tuned for updates on reopening and how to share this with family and friends to help out with this fundraising initiative.

23.01.2022 FROM THE LAST P&C MEETING.... The June P&C zoom meeting was a success! Thank you to those who logged into the meeting! Thank you to the teaching & admin staff for supporting our students so well during COVID-19. As a way to say thank you, the P&C will fund $100 per class for discretionary resources.... Next event - Father’s Day Gift Stall on 2-3 September!

22.01.2022 NEWS from the last zoom P&C Meeting The Father's Day Gift Stall was a great success. We hope all the special men in our lives had a fantastic day. Many thanks to the teachers who ran the stall, the volunteers who prepared the gifts and Beverly Hills IGA for their kind sponsorship. The "Tell Them From Me" parent/carer survey is open. 21.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE The P&C Annual General meeting will be held tonight - Tuesday, 1 December in the staffroom at 6.30pm. This will be followed by the final General Meeting for 2020. All parents and carers are welcome to attend. Why not make 2021 the year to get more involved in our school community! 21.01.2022 News from the last P&C Meeting - Thank you to the teachers, staff and students for their dedication, efforts and resilience during this time. - We are looking forward to the first phase of face-to-face learning resuming on 25 October. - Many thanks to Club Rivers who have provided a $2,500 Club Grant for the refurbishment of the school playground sandpit and provision of a new cover.

20.01.2022 NEWS FROM THE RECENT P&C MEETING - As a welcome to 2021, the P&C has funded over $10,000 towards performing arts costumes, sports equipment, garden club, classroom home reading scheme, cyber safety information sessions and new padding for the poles on the basketball court. - The participation in the Scholastic Book Club has enabled the purchase of $900 worth of new books for the library. Keep an eye out for the next round!... - The P&C would like to advise that the position of Treasurer is vacant and we are looking to fill that position. Please contact the P&C for more information.

This year it will look a little different (due to Covid-19 restrictions) but rest assured, your children will still be able to say thank you to the special men in their lives by purchasing a gift!
