03.01.2022 Thank you Amy for the lovely review! Your styling on the Lily bed looks fantastic! -- Please accept our compliments on the delivery of our daughter’s new bed. We honestly could not be more thrilled. ... Not finding anything we liked in any of the bedding stores, I was delighted to discover that a sizeable part of the upholstered range at Bev Marks was available in literally hundreds of fabric choices and better still, they were Australian made! Instead of trying to find a colour we liked, we could focus on the style first, then select exactly what she wanted fabric wise. We ended up ordering the Lily bed in a Warwick bone coloured velvet. While initially a 5-week delivery timeframe had been estimated, this did blow out due to government mandated COVID workplace shutdowns. However, we can’t fault the communication from Bev Marks keeping us up to date on when delivery was expected. We got a call to schedule delivery (and we were able to choose a day that suited us) and on the day of delivery we got a link to a webpage that updated us to the minute when delivery was expected. They were right on time, and since we had the gold delivery service, three very pleasant young men brought the bed and mattress in, installing it exactly where we wanted. They even took the discarded packing rubbish with them! It seems rare these days to get exactly what you want, at a fair price, coupled with good customer service and timely delivery, however that’s exactly what happened today. So thank you very much our daughter is thrilled with her new bed --
