20.01.2022 I am a bit partial to toile, and this pink fabric is especially appealing as it is double width @280cm wide. Toile de Jouy, is cotton or linen printed with designs of landscapes and figures for which the 18th-century factory of Jouy-en-Josas, near Versailles, France was famous. This fabric would make lovely curtains, but also very useful for bedcovers, tablecloths, cushions or sensational lampshades.

06.01.2022 I opened Bev's Remnant House on 14th Sept 2010 so next week we will click over into our tenth year in Redfern. It has been so much fun and I want to thank everyone for your support and friendship. I really made the right choice in coming to this dynamic suburb. When I look at the photos of the first few months I can see how far the shop has come. The first four photos are before, and the last two are now. I hope we can continue for many more years to be a local destination for interesting fabrics at affordable prices and provide the service we are known for.
