22.01.2022 We recently restored the paintwork on a house locally in Mt Lawley. The home was constructed in the 1930s and is over 90 years old. The jarrah posts have stood the test of time, these would have been originally milled from trees several hundreds of years old. It's a good feeling to preserve the past and save on the consumption of new and often inferior alternatives. Five coats of paint were applied after the posts were stripped bare.
09.01.2022 Leaking bathrooms and water damage A little job repairing damaged plaster and treating mould
01.01.2022 Rough bathroom ceiling I received a work order to fix a bathroom ceiling with flaking paint. The house was around thirty years old and multiple poor coats of paint had been applied.
