03.01.2022 While on my way home at 9am after a very early morning start at work on a Saturday, I saw a man who didn't have shoes. My first thought was man it's going to be hot today, his poor feet! I knew I was expected home as it was my daughters 3rd birthday but I turned around and stopped next to the man who introduced himself as Peter. He told me he roamed around the area as he was homeless but knew a few people in the area. I asked him if he wanted my sandals to protect his feet. H...e was very Thankful and took the sandals. I then offered him my water and also my biscuits I didn't eat at work, again he thanked me. I saw him again a couple days later walking still wearing the sandals I gave him. I was happy to have helped Peter and I hope I made a difference in his life even if it was small. Make sure to check on your neighbours, your friends, your family or a stranger who looks like they might need help, the smallest kind gesture could mean the soles on a man's feet don't get burnt. We haven't been sharing everything with you guys lately as we have been extremely busy and our Facebook posting would be off the charts if we did I do have to share this stunning home on a large property we did outside of Byford. This was a big vacate but an enjoyable one
