If y...ou can’t make it into the studio for class then jump ONLINE. Roll out your mat with the kids ... an hour of movement. Challenge yourselves to balance, stretch and have some fun together. Another option is to find a room with a door lock and enjoy your own practice for an hour. 04.01.2022 TOMORROW we REOPEN AYF’s studio doors and look forward to welcoming you back on the mat for face to face (with social distancing) classes. Classes are cur...rently capped as per government regulations at 10 students max per class. Please book prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Cancellations accepted up to 2 hours before start of class to give waitlisted students opportunity to attend. Online classes as per timetable will continue with plans to live stream studio classes asap. Please complete our Covidsafe contact form to ensure all details are up to date for contact tracing purposes. Please bring your own mat and props to all classes. Sanitiser stations will be placed at the entrance of reception and the studio room for students to use upon arrival and departure. Sam will be your chief teacher and cleaner. She’ll be at the studio every day between classes to ensure the studio adheres to all health+safety guidelines and requirements. Please refrain from entering AYF if you are feeling unwell.
