01.01.2022 Here in Sydney & NSW we might be (just a tiny bit) jealous of Melbourne teams winning the footy, but we sure are glad to hear their lockdown has ended! How good! We can only imagine how tough it must've been on Victorians' mental health and Melbourne-based Mental Health Foundation Australia, who have been doing a great job this month spreading awareness of mental illness and how to talk about it. For instance, what are your rights when it comes to disclosing your condition at work? How to choose the best doctor to manage/treat your illness? What to say to your family and the community? Check out MHFA's helpful Mental Health Topics page for answers to the above questions & more! https://www.mhfa.org.au/CMS/MentalHealthTopics
