19.01.2022 Just a teeny colour correction for a Friday. Every single client that walked in our doors today had the thickest hair! Let’s talk education really quick, see that faint discolouration mid way? This was due to another non Beyond Blonde stylist applying a permanent tint to tone the hair opposed to a semi. Unfortunately permanent tints sink their way into the hair and do what they are designed to do... be permanent. It’s going to take some time to remove this, but hair health ...takes priority always If you are a budding stylist, rule of thumb: Don’t use permanent tints to tone

15.01.2022 We know, its getting soo close to our potential opening date. What’s getting closer is the numerous announcements that are to come in the next couple of weeks. There is a lot of anticipation, followed by a lot of speculation. Sometimes the speculation is right, sometimes it doesn’t play out how we had heard along the rumour mill. (I really have to talk to that friend whose aunts, cousins, pet goldfish sits on Dan Andrew’s reception desk) ... We are getting in-fluxed with messages, emails and calls about the possibility of opening sooner than the 28th, and while we want that to be true just as bad as you, we won’t be doing anything until it’s set in stone. Appointments were cancelled between August 5th and October 28th, but they were never deleted from the system. So each day, according to our computer program it looks like it’s a salon full of laugher, great hair and catch up, but in reality it’s ghost town. So, if we do open sooner, those appointments are still there but they WILL be altered. Let’s cross that bridge when we get to it. This is also a reminder that if you have not placed yourself on the correct Waitlist, please do so immediately. If you are not waitlisted, an appointment will not be possible Until mid 2021. 11.01.2022 *Deep breath* This year has been absolutely INSANE. We have all experienced the highest of highs, lowest of lows and back again BUT we did it! Words cannot express how thankful I am to our beautiful clients who have stuck by us, purchased product during lockdown to keep us going, checked in on us to ensure our mental health was okay and for always supporting our decisions as we navigated through the unknown.... So thank you, to every single one of you who held our hands, came in for an appointment, made us smile, worked with us and not against and reassured us. Bring on 2021!
