17.01.2022 We have had great weekend here. All chalets booked and everyone really enjoyed their stay. The weather was a mixed bag with plenty of rain and some sunshine. A big thank you to all our guests who really took care of the chalets and left them beautifully tidy. We really appreciate the fact that guests are so considerate.

07.01.2022 Beautiful day here. The river is rising steadily after all the rain.

07.01.2022 Guests getting ready for a paddle..... Brrr too cold for me. Battery operated candles in the chalets, heaps safer than an open flame in wood cabins.

07.01.2022 We can't keep him out of the river!!! He's definitely not coming in the house today. All chalets booked for the weekend so our very sociable Chief will have plenty of people to visit when they are in the spas on their balconies. The weather is absolutely perfect. Cold in the mornings and at night, jump in the hot spa and when finished go inside to the roaring log fire. During the day get out and about and visit wineries. Now Mowen road has been finished we are less than an hour from Margaret River. See you soon

06.01.2022 We had a tree come down on Friday morning. It was huge, lifted up the bitumen on the road when the roots were torn out.
