24.01.2022 URGENT NOTICE Please be aware from midnight tonight Beyond Fitness Adelaide will be running all classes via zoom, for the foreseeable further. For the safety of our members, staff and community, please stay safe and respect all the restrictions in place.

23.01.2022 Hey Team, if you’re planning on joining in for our Beyond Strength Zoom tomorrow at 9:30am please make sure you have a mat and set of weights. If you don’t have your own set of dumbbells, try to find two heavy objects that weigh the same and are easy to hold - 2 x 2L bottles or of water will work, so could two bottles of wine The Zoom link will be posted in the Beyond Fitness Members group 15-20 minutes before the session start time.

Despite the team as a whole not *quite* achieving the distance required to walk around Australia, everyone involved still worked very... hard so we are going to reward our top 3 with some lovely prizes Congratulations to Leisa Poole, taking our first place with a massive 491kms, Carole Walker in 2nd place with 418kms, and Kerry Brimble with 411kms!!! We will get your prizes to you as quickly as we can so you can pamper yourself with some lovely skincare and hair care goodies Well done team!!
