19.01.2022 @joeditri - I first rang Sean at fitlife to see if there was someone there that could do some hiit training over 14 months ago he passed me onto Nathan After talking to Nathan and realising that I can't do that type of training due to bilateral knee osteoarthritis Nathan came up with an awesome training plan in strength and mobility through this style of training my pain and swelling has decreased and my mobility, flexibility has improved dramatically.... I've lost 10 kg and have noticed a massive change in my body and mind. I wish all the best for Nathan, kelsey and Alfie. Nathan you will be missed more than you think mate. Over the last 2 years working with Nathan I have lost 18kg, increased my fitness and strength level up significantly. - He staged different tailored programs throughout my fitness journey, changing it up from strength, to cardio fitness to muscle tone with the end goal still being to trim up and feel better. - He also helped me understand and program my eating in a way that was easy to execute and understand. - I Would highly recommend Nathan for any fitness level. I would stop and start every other week but since training with Nathan I have been going to two sessions almost every week since (besides a few holidays), I never thought I would last that long. 13.01.2022 Christina.W @carolmblee @catherinescollan - It’s what we call our Friday sesh at the local... laughs with the lads ...and on a serious note Nathan critiques our technique and form. Nathan always takes our injuries seriously and works on strengthening our individual weaknesses while taking on the the team approach. Working as a team has educated us on form on so many levels, one of us is resting but listening intently while being educated while the other two are being criti...qued on form, breathing and handed hints on improvements. It’s great! Nathan has a great sense of humour and it’s a nice way to end the week. Nathan also accommodates life and is flexible with times and dates when given notice. Nathan is the full rounded PT everyone dreams of, he has the humour, the push, sensitivity, the initiative, flexibility, forethought and drive. And all without noticing he is doing it....until day two when ya can’t walk or lift a drink to your mouth. He is the PERSONAL TRAINER Get in quick with ya closest friends, because when word gets around he will be booked! We are so sad to see him go and so delighted to see him happy! 09.01.2022 @shanna_carpanoni - A year ago I started training with Nathan at least 2 times a week. The first couple of months were the hardest, I was so unfit I couldn’t last more than a couple of minutes on the cross trainer or even power walk on incline on the treadmill or lift weights doing just a couple of reps with out breaking into a sweat. - Nathan trained me to what suited me and what I knew and he knew was good for my body and to maintain keeping weight off. I’ve had personal t...rainers before and never lasted more than a couple of months and would always put the weight back on. - Training with Nathan has been different, he always makes sure I’m doing proper form and pushes me to my absolute limits and has made me believe in myself so much more than ever before and when ever I needed that little pep talk to get me motivated again Nathan was always my ear! - My body has changed so much and my mind set on things as well. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and the fittest I’ve ever been and even though I still have a lot more to go I’m super happy with where I’m at with Nathan’s help! - I’m going to miss giving you sass and telling you how much I hate everything you’re making me do but I’ll definitely miss training with you! 07.01.2022 @madison_louise90 - Before starting with Nathan, i never considered weights as part of my exercise routine. I was all about cardio!. But cardio was really not getting me anywhere. - One day i saw a photo of myself (after 2 children) and i didnt like what i saw, so i got in contact with nathan about 8 weeks ago and started my weights program with him. Yes there are exercise that he gives me that i hate but secretly arent that bad (ssshhh). 8 weeks down and never in my life th...ought i would be as strong as i am now and getting stronger all the time, or see the results that i am beginning to see. - Nathan is brilliant, he pushes you to do better everytime you rock up to the gym. He knows your limits and just how much you can achieve, even if you really doubt what you can achieve. His morals are true and advice even better! 06.01.2022 Making the most of these sunny days - Being inside (in the gym) for most of the day means I’m surrounded by artificial light which is unavoidable. So whenever I get the chance I try and get at least 30 minutes of natural light ( the sun ) Something to think about if you’re in an office of some sort for most of the day.... Getting some sunlight before or during work is a great way to gain a little energy boost and alertness. Maybe you can’t actually leave your place of work but you could do something as simple as eating your lunch outside. Give it a go! But when it comes to our own health and fitness, there is definitely a lot that we CAN control. - Something like choosing to park a little further away from work so you get a few extra steps in each day. - Going to bed a little earlier so you can get up in the morning to fit your workout in.... - Prepping meals instead of buying take away. - Choosing a walk or workout instead of those few Netflix episodes. - Whatever it may be. Understand that YOU HAVE CONTROL of what is around you. What is around you does not control you. You choose whether to make one decision over the other. - Look for the little wins of making the right choice for you. 02.01.2022 @lozzz83 (aka the Sass Queen) - What’s great about Nathan’s training is that’s it’s no bullshit, it’s fun and most importantly it works! - The difference it has made in my physical strength keeps me positive that I can keep making changes to my body and keep loving myself.... - I’ve had a lot of problems for about 15 years with back and leg pain which is almost reduced to nothing because Of my training with Nathan. He knows my limits yet has still managed to push me to a place where I feel good about my body and confident with weight training.
