21.01.2022 Daily sweating through movement or intentional exercise is needed to remove build up toxins through our largest detoxification organ: the skin! If new to exercise, unable to exercise, or slowly increasing activity levels, INFRARED SAUNA can be a way to help get you sweating in the meantime. Benefits include:... increase core body temperature which increases metabolism strengthen cardiovascular system i.e the ticker that pumps blood around your body improves circulation of blood and lymphatic system warms up muscles and joints that can help relieve pain Do you use infrared sauna?

19.01.2022 Me, when eating bolognese sauce with ground nutmeg added, the missing piece of the puzzle Recipe in comments! "Taurus" @nickdavis.00

16.01.2022 Almost at the end of moving into our new place (80% done!) along with events over Christmas, so haven't had a proper chance for food shopping. It's been slightly more take out and quick meals because your girl doesn't have the energy as the year closes in For my final '20 day consulting, threw together a breaky by cooking pre-chopped vegie mix, cooked tomato, eggs with parsley, alittle cheese and ham. My main priority in this meal was eggs for choline to make Acetylcholin...e for healthy brain and nervous system function Hope you're enjoying a nice deserved break!

11.01.2022 Flowers delivered to my work, that is WJ being the delivery person, and work being from home Could get used to this Thank you @wj.adventures!

10.01.2022 Okay. Hands down the best tasting Organic Chicken Pâté I've had from @offalygoodfood Simple ingredients and unique as it's alcohol free so sensitive individuals may tolerate better (like me). Liver is one of the most nutrient dense foods providing bio-avaliable forms of: Vitamin A, a fat soluble vitamin, in Retinol form (due to genetic variations not everyone effectively converts plant beta-carotene into Retinol, myself included)... For healthy vision, immunity and mucosa membrane lining of skin. Folate, Vitamin B9 (not Folic Acid which is not from nature) For making red blood cells, works with B12 to reduce amino acid homocysteine, and needed for growing cells (you may have heard of it preventing neural tube defects in newborns) Choline, another essential B Vitamin, also found in egg yolks For cell membrane signalling, makes acetylcholine a neurotransmitter, and lipid transportation. Delicious and with so much nutrients. If you eat offal, be sure to include this into your diet. Do you like Pâté?!

06.01.2022 Health victories shouldn't be JUST scale focused. Instead look at how other measures have changed. Great post by @livevitae showing important signs of making progress!

01.01.2022 MINDFUL EATING: HELPING OVEREATING AND WEIGHT LOSS As many people are on holidays and aren't busy with work and commitments, now is the perfect time to practice mindful eating! Eating in a rush... Eating on the go Eating whilst working Eating whilst distracted Eating out of boredom, stress or emotional distress Leads to reduced sensory input, including proper rest and digest function from the parasympathetic nervous system, and diminished ability to RECOGNISE hunger and fullness signals. Practice listening to your body by making time for it
