But we actua...lly found doing some exercise first thing in the morning with them really helped... bit of skipping, bit of chasey, bit of yoga, a few burpees... 6-8mins max... AND it helped us squeeze some exercise in as well... Keen to hear what has worked for you..let me know 1 strategy that has worked for you that we can try... thanks
