03.01.2022 Let’s talk exercise. . For a lot of people their daily routine of visiting their local training facility is not an option. A lot of facilities are providing online training programs which is fantastic. . However, due to current circumstances some are unable to train with their local crew. If you fall into this category it is still important that you make time to exercise 30mins a day. Easier said than done for some and we understand that. Other options for exercising are a wa...lk, a run, a bike ride, skipping or some sort of home based workout you’ve put together. . Exercise is so important for your mental health, particularly more than ever now that we have all settled into isolation and for some, homeschooling as well. Exercise can help improve your mood, improve sleep and help keep your waistline in check. But more importantly it can be that time that you switch off from everything going on around you or it can help clear your head or see a situation from another angle. . Keep moving everyone.
