22.01.2022 Ok, those who know me understand that I lurrrve hot cross buns at Easter time! yummmo! I have decided to experiment with different "healthier" versions of my Easter staple. Here is my attempt at the Lorna Jane recipe: http://www.movenourishbelieve.com//healthy-hot-cross-buns/ - They tasted great, but best eaten on the same day as on the second day were quite dry, just needed to heat them up with butter and delish! Whole batch devoured in two days, so I think they were hit with the troops too!
