22.01.2022 42 for 42 aims to raise awareness of men’s mental health and the 42 men who tragically lose their life to suicide each week in Australia. There are 2 elements to the campaign. Element 1 In the next 3 months We will be reaching out to gyms, personal trainers, and business to raise awareness of men’s mental health. We will be running interactive workshops on how we can change the narrative of the negative stigma that surrounds men’s health and get men to speak up.... Element 2 On November 28th we will be running a fundraiser for Movember that involves members of Beyond the Barbell completing 42 workouts in one day. We have workouts written by some of Australia’s best CrossFitters and fitness influencers. To get involved in either element please send a message or email [email protected]

On November 28th we will be completing 42 workouts one after another to raise awareness of men’s mental health and raise funds for Movember Foundation. *this was originally a 30minute AMRAP but needed to be scaled due to o ur time constraints.
