15.01.2022 It is with a very heavy heart, that we announce the postponement of Beyond The Valley 2020. We have been holding off on making this announcement and have been hoping for a better outcome, however due to the current restrictions in Victoria we have had to make this very difficult and heartbreaking decision. It will be the first New Years in 6 years that we won’t be dancing with all of you, but we are already planning for a monumental 2021 event. ... For those of you who purchased a pre-sale ticket - your tickets will be valid for the 2021 event. If you can no longer attend, you will receive an email with further information on how to claim your refund. Put it in your calendars and start counting down the days - we will see you on 28th December 2021 for a four day celebration like no other. Love, the BTV team xxx

We’d like to encourage our beloved Beyond The Valley fans, both on our home soil & abroad to continue their support for those desperately in need. We’re aiming to raise $50,000 & kicking it off with a $25,000 contribution. Our thoughts are with all the brave people fighting fires across the country & the countless families, animals & towns all under threat. The world is facing a climate emergency which we experienced first hand this New Years & it doesn’t stop when the fires are out. Action needs to be taken

11.01.2022 SEVERE WEATHER WARNING - PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT INFO BELOW: We are expecting an extreme weather day tomorrow, Monday 30th of December, with both excessive heat and very strong wind gusts predicted. We are going to need your help in these testing conditions. HIGH WINDS:... Due to the predicted high winds we ask that you now make it a priority to secure your tents, external structures and belongings, and take down everything else including marquees, extra shade cloth, inflatables and anything else in your campground. We will have staff walking through camps to help and make sure these things are secure. MAIN ARENA: On the current forecast and on the advice of our large contingency of emergency personnel on site, we may potentially close the main arena for the duration of the high wind period expected. If this does occur please seek shelter at your campsite, it will be the safest place for you. LOOK AFTER YOURSELF AND YOUR FRIENDS: Please keep hydrated, given the conditions we will have free bottled water available at the info hubs at each campsite. Seek shade during the peak heat of the day tomorrow. Shelter in the safety of your campsite while we wait out this extreme weather. As always, if you are feeling unwell, due to the heat or otherwise, security, volunteers and first aid officers are prevalent throughout the site, just ask and they will help you. They will be keeping a lookout to make sure you are safe and well, we ask you to look out for your mates as well. Make yourself and your friends aware of the location of info hubs, first aid stations etc. THOSE ARRIVING TOMORROW (30TH): For those planning to arrive tomorrow, and in light of these conditions we suggest you delay your arrival until the cooler weather hits in late afternoon. 31ST DEC: The weather is expected to cool right down. The above measures will only be in place for the 30th and from the 31st the show will go on as normal. We will keep you informed and will continue to update this information. Thanks for reading and for your understanding regarding any inconvenience caused. Safety is always our number one priority. Please pass this onto those with poor mobile coverage. THE SHOW WILL GO ON.
