19.01.2022 TESTIMONIAL TUESDAY!! I have been working with Jenny for 8 weeks on my eating plan. I had some very bad habits that needed to be broken. The plan that Jenny provided to get me started was very generous and moving forward I can honestly say that the recipes are easy and simple to follow. What I am really impressed with is I am learning to be much more prepared. The meal prep is working a treat as I must commit to a few hours on the weekend to prepare but that gets me through ...7 days of meals. The recipes are enjoyed by my partner and I am making sure I make extra. The support from Jenny via online chat group, in person at the gym and through the monthly group check in at the gym all go towards the success I am experiencing. I believe though above all else, that finally I can see for me personally there are long term changes in the making. 17.01.2022 This was my second MMA Fight 9 years ago. I was 27 and it scared the shit out of me as the guy I fought Chris Baker was a big boy. I ended up with the W (my first win) and was one of my most fulfilling goals I have achieved.

07.01.2022 We all get them. They are dreaded and probably one of my least fav things to deal with. Injuries. However some people use this as an excuse to not go to the gym. Sad to hear as someone who has been in the industry for 13 years there is only 2 injuries I cant train around. 1. Quadriplegic ... 2.
