25.01.2022 How do you feel before & after yoga? This 7 year old girl describes how she feels "crazy and energised" before her yoga class and "calm and relaxed" after! Week 6 or 8 of our after school program and she is really enjoying the many benefits of yoga. ... Every child is different and for her she enjoys how yoga helps to calm her busy mind and relax her active body. I love watching how children grow and develop each week.
