24.01.2022 I am not normally into those fitness challenges that are a dime a dozen on the internet. However I just had to share this awesome partner assisted ab workout with my female clients. A great way to bond with your significant other while getting a great toned tummy. Try 10 repetitions with 3 repeats (if they let you!)... Bottoms up everyone!!!

19.01.2022 Just to clarify all sessions are continuing as per normal for the moment. This includes my weekday and Sunday morning Women's Only boot camps as well as our small group sessions. Appropriate physical separation and hygiene policies will continue as has been the case over recent times. I will continue to keep you all updated as the situation inevitably changes.... 16.01.2022 Awesome day at Oberon yesterday doing our first Spartan Sprint challenge with Carly Talbot, Leonie Cranney, Narelle Wagstaff and Oz Dean. Thanks all for making it such a great day all round. This was the before group shot will post the after shot (much muddier shot) when I can.... Next stop Tough Mudder in November then looking forward to tackling the Beast next year! WE ARE SPARTAN!
05.01.2022 As promised here is a photo of us all on the finishers podium at the end of our Spartan Sprint. Just a tad dirtier, battered and bruised then before we started, but pumped to have completed the challenge. Looking forward to the next one .. Port Stephens in May perhaps????
04.01.2022 With the Government limiting outside gatherings to two people only, all group sessions and boot camps are currently suspended until further notice. One-on-one PT can continue outdoors under the current guidelines. I will be in contact with all clients over the next couple of days to try and organise alternative arrangements. For those interested, I will be offering some online sessions - both live using Zoom and in the form of online training programs that you can do in your ...own time. If you could please let me know if you are interested in these and if so, times that would suit for the live sessions. For starters, I am looking to run an online version of my Wednesday evening boxing class as well as my Wednesday and Thursday Osteoporosis and Arthritis management classes. Please let me know if you are interested in these. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all those clients who have continued to train with me over the past week. I very much appreciate your support. We have shown that it is very much possible to keep training and maintain even greater 'social distancing' than the regulations had suggested. I look forward to hopefully working with many of you on-line over the period of the shut down and then once this thing is behind us getting stuck right back into achieveing all your health and fitness goals.
