15.01.2022 The 2 most common things I hear a lot of when it comes to health and exercise .... I am just too tired and I don’t have time .... it’s a bit of an eyeroll moment for me ... yep harsh I know but true!!! Hey you’re telling a single working mum of 8 that juggles 3 jobs ( yes I cut down my workload) and kids activities and social lives that you’re too tired .... or too exhausted.... or you don’t have time to look after you !!!! REALLY !! I get it, I actually do, TRUST ME....... I Totally get tired, I also totally get no time ... what I wouldn’t give for a few more hours in the day. So tell me, do you jump on FB several times a day? Do you watch your Fave shows? Do you tinker or check out the latest gadgets or fashion on the net?? All takes time right? Are any of these going to give you more energy or help with your Fitness? An average user spends 2 hours and 33 minutes per day on social media. And .... wait for it On average, we spend only two hours per week being physically active, Hmmm now let that sink in!! 14.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope you’re all still staying safe With the easing of some restrictions it has meant as of next week I will be resuming some of my Psyc work load, this means a change in hours for sessions! Don’t stress I’ve got your back and sessions will still be happening, it just unfortunately means the afternoon sessions will be at later time slots and will only be for people that are still working in some capacity and there fore can not make it to morning sessions. T...he morning sessions will have added later time slots added for those that aren’t early birds but can’t do afternoon sessions now. I will be altering the booking tab over the weekend and for anyone that has booked ahead this may mean that you now need to go and re book suitable times. Monday is a public holiday but for anyone still wanting to train I’ll be available however id enjoy a little sleep in so won’t start sessions until about 8. Have a great day See more
