24.01.2022 Donation Vouchers rolling out the door

22.01.2022 Another first for us a custom built BBQ

21.01.2022 Playing around with some ideas for the new T7 Tenere , we have knocked up a simple rack for the back so far and will do a little more refining in the design and will be testing it out in a couple of weeks on a trip away, if all goes well we will be manufacturing a batch of these to offer for sale. #tenere #yamaha #adventurebike

21.01.2022 A bit of machining today for Bobs sidecar , this drum will drive the chair wheel to provide reverse to the outfit

21.01.2022 Its amazing the little things we take for granted like being able to just jump on a bike and going for a ride. Well today myself and Bob's best friend got him onto his sidecar with modified controls to be able to test fit him and let him take it for a quick burn to make sure he was happy with the set-up which was his first ride since his accident. And from the smile on his face I think that says it all

20.01.2022 Another first for us, a scope torch mount machined up out of PVC plastic

20.01.2022 Was great to be able to do a heap of custom work on this sweet little triumph which included fork covers, headlight cover/mount, fresh top end( machining thanks the Harris Engines in perth) custom exhaust mounts, front fender mount, seat mount, dual fuel tap manifold, battery mount and lights wiring, a heap of cobalt nickle plating on parts plus a heap more smaller bits. The seat is getting upholstered atm and the customer is doing some finishing touches himself and we can't wait to see this one off bobber cruising the streets of Albany

19.01.2022 Does anyone travel south from Manmanning that would be able to pickup a bike and bring down for us ? $$$ cheers

18.01.2022 What a great alternative to a roof topper for storing a wheelchair https://youtu.be/yWJ3VvsLOvo

18.01.2022 A big shout out to albany powdercoaters for yet another top quality job on this CR500 frame and spring

18.01.2022 Australian made flat pack

17.01.2022 The apprentice living the dream.. spending the last couple of weeks striping this ttr230 down and giving it a full make over

14.01.2022 Just finished this complete stainless exhaust system for a CD175. The mufflers where made from 1.2mm flat sheet and roll formed by hand and we didn't have a tube die to bend the tight radius of the headers so we made our own , pretty awsome to have the gear to be able to make our own tooling

14.01.2022 We replaced these worn out wheelchair restraint belts in a clients VW Caddy and managed make fit a set with covers to help protect the internals. Saving the client a trip to Perth and even offered pickup and drop off so if you have any worn out components that need replacing give us a call to see if we can help

14.01.2022 We gave this 2000 RM125 a quick once over tidy up on the weekend for my young blokes best mate to get him out there on a real dirtbike upgrading from an old 70s TF100 farm bike. Enjoy buddy

11.01.2022 A 1994 CR500 frame and rear sub frame bought back to life, this was hands down the worst 500 frame we have had to repair, from the shape of the rear sub frame I think it spent the majority of its life flipping backwards

11.01.2022 After a few weeks of fitment ,a couple of challenges along the way and a quick trip to Perth for engineering certification on Saturday we had the pleasure today to make delivery of this van to a very happy client that has been pateintly waiting for this conversion for over 6 months now.

11.01.2022 Full steam ahead now with Bob's bike to get everything sorted, still with lots to do it was great to have Bob come over today to test the saddle bag box we made for the transfer between his wheelchair and the bike, a few more handles etc to make it as easy as possible for him.

10.01.2022 We just finished these two primary covers for a early triumph, to say these where tricky to make would be an understatement, probably the most involved forming I've done to date

08.01.2022 We even do custom bicycle modifications

07.01.2022 Another alloy canopy finished with dual tyre mounts

07.01.2022 Before and after

07.01.2022 Another CR500 frame repaired yesterday. This ones a 1985 model and was the first one that hasn't been butchered before and was in great shape considering with only the bottom rails needing to be replaced

06.01.2022 A few pics of some other work we have done in the past weeks

06.01.2022 A big thanks to Albany Sandwich Bar for this stainless handrail we made and installed this week

06.01.2022 A small repair to this kx250 clutch cable support lug

06.01.2022 We've been busy with getting bobs bike closer to being finished with the reverse sorted, a hingable rack on a tyre on a rack, and footboards mounted , also got a few other jobs done with carson sorting some shed components made for a neighbour and a couple of covers for a tractor, not one but 2 left foot quick realease accelerator pedals mounted , oh and carson getting his licence ..

05.01.2022 Just finished installing this chair topper for a client which can be stowed away with the press of a button from the drivers seat into the weather proof capsule.

05.01.2022 Some turbo piping and a custom catch can done this week

05.01.2022 We just finished this refurbishment of an old milk pasturiser, utilising the inner tub only and remaking the rest with built in steam and water cooling lines and a insulated outer jacket for one of our best repeat clients. Thanks once again for your business Chris and sharrin

04.01.2022 Unfortunately we are at this stage fully booked until mid October, a huge thanks to everyone for there continued support but we need to take this time to focus on completing all our outstanding jobs . We will continue to keep everyone up to date with what we are working on but for now we are sorry to say we can't take on any more work until then. Thanks everyone

04.01.2022 Not bad for a second year apprentice, couldn't be prouder with the quality of this set of stainless mufflers / front header pipe and heat shield Carson just completed 100% on his own

01.01.2022 Its always great to see the finished products of clients builds that we restore the frames for. Top job guys
