The feeling of What will everyone think of me?, Whos actually going to be there?, Do I fit in? even What am I supposed to wear? or worrying Somethings going to go wrong. 23.01.2022 What does 'child friendly' mean? Sessions where children of any age can attend in the studio while you workout. Toys, food, prams etc are all welcome with no pretentiousness to deal with! Some mums stop to breastfeed, others are managing toilet runs or just needing to give cuddles in between jumping along. There's likely to be a tantrum or two, or sharing your trampoline with your little one the Instructor just carries on, no-one minds! ... You don't have to be a mum to come along, the workout is still the same! Children aged 8+ can participate in any of our regular classes, but children under 16 need adult supervision. #bfitbodyscarborough

If your fitness levels have dropped, our classes can help to improve them again. With our high intensity workout, you can definitely improve your cardio fitness as well as toning areas such as the legs, glutes, arms and core....
