21.01.2022 Today i changed the way i mobed instead of using the nasty chemicals Thank you to the amazing @sarahkate_anderson For the advice I went all natural using natural handsoap to give it that deeper clean while i stock up on more cleaning products to come Kills the all the germs ... 19.01.2022 Day 5 of my no sugar & fast food challenge Usally i would easy say yes please to pancakes and eat it with my baby boy having our breakfast so today i had to really foucs on my self control and say NO remember why your doing this challenge its 14 days you can do this! Hang in they so i got out my dairy free yogurt and choped up some strawberries and boom it was so bloody delicious worth the sacrifice! This challenge is teaching me so much about my will power how strong... iam to raise my voice and say no thank you when your dad offers you icecream or seeing my boy eat it and try give it to me and i have to explain mummy is being good for a while no sugar and he is like ok mummy ! 15.01.2022 Flash Back When tane pulls put out ya childhood photo box And i found this me as a kid with my sister I showed tane and i said thats mummy when i was a kid wanna try together as this is tanes fav thing to do handstands anywhere on the couch the bed you name.it he will try it ... 12.01.2022 Happy hump day When i look at my boy i know they is hope to work on myself and my health So greatful for the owner at @smacademyaus for giving me a extra week to stay active and move my body so my mental health doesnt get the better of me ! 12.01.2022 Day 2 being back in the gym and being consistent and iam abouslety having the time of life First time taking videos of me training not to shabby iam finally back on the boxing bag why have i waitied this long ive missed you so much and omg the skipping really taken it to the next level But wouldnt change it its really testing my endurance and carido has really showen me to keep practicing to reduce the time but to gain my distance aswell to be able to do 3mins stright... again is what am working on! 04.01.2022 Goodmorning and merry Christmas Eve Something i wanted to share with yous what i've been practicing the last week off and on which my intentions and goal is to write it in everyday this week as its somthing very new to me it takes time to get a routine as long you start thats the main goal !! As when i do this i feel more aware and my thoughts go on what i send out to the universe and manifest i feel so much happier within myself i even got my little boy to do one sectio...n of what to let go and wow he was on point for mummy that day ! 03.01.2022 Finshing the week off keeping my promise i quoted "no more excuses just get it done! First thing when i wake up" well due to waking up at 1am and not falling back asleep at 4.30am i needed to sleep longer this morning but i still remembered that promised i made so before today ended i had some pre workout and watching the most inspiring moativation mummy of 2 work on her goals i got back onto my skipping and omg it was bad but i didnt give up till i skipped i had to use the w...eighted rope to be able skip like i use to on the speed rope i will try again tommorw on the speed rope! But to be able to run more distance and get a shorter time i am so firken PROUD of myself ! Ive found somthing i ENJOY doing joging in the fresh air and to get a better time and run that extra further ! My end goal is to be able to run the whole distance dam did i feel that sweat today this mumma finally finding her grove since being in isolation!
