22.01.2022 BANDED lower body circuit This circuit is a killer and burns I completed 5 rounds through: 1. Squat pulses 20 ... 2. Squat to kick back 20 3. Donkey kick backs 20 4. Donkey pulses 20 5. Side walks 20 My bands are from Kmart and we’re super cheap. However this can also be done without bands :)



21.01.2022 PRE WORKOUT SHAKE Recently I have been having this shake before most of my training sessions. I feel fuelled and ready to go, it’s also sooo yum, takes like Nutella. Calories: 400 ... 19.01.2022 FULL DAY OF EATING Today I thought I’d share a full day of eating. This year I have focused of eating WHOLE foods. Meaning my diet only consists of fresh fruit and veg, lean meats, and healthy carbs. Since making this change, I have noticed my performance in the gym increase, my skin health increase and I just feel overall a lot healthier. There is not a lot we can control in our life sometimes, however can can control what we put in our mouth! What we eat really dictate...s how many aspects in our life play out. Gym performance, energy levels, skin, mood, gut health and fitness goals may all be impacted positively or negatively depending on the food choices we make. I used to be a very big snacker not really having proper meals. I found myself hungry all the time and I wasn’t eating as healthy as I could have been. I have now focused on eating 3 main meals, and a snack if I’m hungry. I make sure I incorporate each of my macronutrients and a little bit of micronutrients to ensure I’m fuelling my body correctly. Don’t be fooled, I will also treat myself to a square of dark chocolate most days balance is KEY If you guys need any nutrition/lifestyle advice, let me know!! I completed 4 rounds through: Opposite arm to leg extension 20 reps Plank 1 min hold Opposite arm to leg raises 20 reps... 16.01.2022 MY SKIN JOURNEY Over the past 2-3 years I have dealt with acne. It was a big insecurity of mine and affected how I lived my day to day life, constantly worrying about if it looked bad and people thinking I’m unclean. It started after I came back from Vanuatu, I caught a parasite and it caused my skin to break out. ... Then I started seeing @simplyskin_by_lynne and she transformed my skin into what it is today. She taught me how important a quality skincare routine is and how all those super market brands that’s you think are good for your skin are actually really bad. She has been treating my skin with different kinds of masks, serums, peels and also micro needling. Here’s a pic of the products I use. Most I use every day if not 2-3 times a week. Here is also a before and after from when lynne began treating my skin, it has been a long journey but I am starting to see some major changes. 11.01.2022 MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE I thought I would share my morning skin routine with you all as some of you were interested in what products I use that helped clear most of my acne. 10.01.2022 BARBELL HIP THRUST This is one of my favourite exercises that has helped with my glute development. I have been implementing hip thrusts in my training for around a 1.5 years and I have noticed a huge difference in not only my aesthetic goals however my strength goals as well. You want to make sure you explode upwards, pushing through your heels to get full hip extension at the top of the movement. ... This power in the concentric phase of the movement will help you with your other lifts like deadlifts and squats. Since supplementing these few things into my diet, I noticed an increase in my skin health and a decrease in bloating. ... Everything starts from the gut or the ‘second brain’. 08.01.2022 VEGAN PROTEIN OATS Since it’s started getting colder I have been having protein oats pretty much everyday. Recipe:... 40g rolled oats 40g of vegan protein 1 cup of water 20g almond butter or peanut butter 40 g frozen blueberries Sprinkle of cinnamon Method: 1. Combine oats, protein and water in a bowl 2. Cook oats in microwave for 90 seconds 3. Sir and top with berries, almond butter and cinnamon Also obsessed with @botanikablends protein they have the best protein flavours and they also contain all the necessary amino acids and enzymes to help sufficiently breakdown the protein into your body!!!
